7. Relationship with Shopify
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your use of the Services to provide and improve them. Information you submit may be transmitted to Shopify and to third parties located in countries other than where you live. We also use certain Shopify enhanced features that use data from your interactions with our store, other merchants, and Shopify. For those purposes Shopify is responsible for the processing, including responding to your rights requests. The Services may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy or security practices. Information you share publicly on third-party platforms may be visible to others and used without limit by them.

Other than Global Privacy Control, we do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals. More information: https://globalprivacycontrol.org/.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may use an authorized agent, and we may require proof of their authority. We respond within the time required by law, generally 30 to 45 days, and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Rights are not absolute and may be limited by law, including where we must keep records for tax, fraud prevention, or dispute purposes.
Marketing communications: unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, and from texts by replying STOP. We may still send non-promotional messages about your account and orders.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information, but no system is completely secure. We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes in this policy. As a general guide: order and transaction records, including delivery and dispute evidence, up to 7 years; account information until you ask us to delete it; customer support communications up to 3 years; and marketing preferences until you unsubscribe. We may keep information longer where needed to comply with law, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
